Mint host Halloween Fright Night
Calling all witches, cat women, she-wolves, vampires, banshees and medusas… it’s that time of year again!
On Saturday 26th October, we’re returning to Camden’s iconic FESTand inviting 1000 women-loving-women to our biggest Halloween spectacular yet.
Get lost in the labyrinthine venue – a historic, ghoulishly-decorated Horse Hospital – with 3 different music rooms and spine-tingling tunes from different genres provided by a fierce DJ line up (all queer women, naturally).
The main room will be commericlal RnB, pop and a monster-mash of floor-fillers, played through FEST’s state-of-the-art sound-system. Then there’s the 6 stables, kitted out with chesterfields and low-lighting, there are plenty of cosy corners for cat women to curl up with gorgeous ghouls, and menacing medusas to make-out with naughty little devils.
Meanwhile the bravest of souls will enter the Birdcage, where hedonistic house mixes will play until the wee hours. Yes, lesbians don’t mess around on Halloween, we’re in for the long-run, partying until the eerie hour of 5am. That gives you more than enough time to twinkle those toes and cast those spells!
Oh and we’re also taking over the huge heated outside area and, of course, will have scary, sexy stage performers and dancers throughout the night.
Thirsty? Grab blood-curdling shots from one of the venue’s 4 bars. This is a biggen, so bring all your queer women crew (and boy-buddies are welcome too). Sharpen those fangs, strap-up those suspenders and lash on the fake-blood; best outfit wins a years Mint Black Card membership.
This is London’s ultimate women-run Haunted House. Expect Mint’s usual welcoming, fun-filled atmosphere, with women off all ages, ethnicities, backgrounds – donning killer looks and throwing spine-tingling moves on the dancefloor. We’ll see you there, if you dare!
